Under the HS Code 6307, the Eye Masks are classified as 'Other made-up articles, including dress patterns,' indicating their textile origin and the level of human craftsmanship involved in their production. The primary commercial applications for these masks include retail, wellness and spa facilities, and the travel industry. The product is categorized under this specific code due to its textile material base and the level of craftsmanship involved in its production. As for trade considerations, Eye Masks are commonly packaged individually in plastic wrap for hygiene and preservation purposes and shipped in bulk. The products must comply with international textile and personal care product safety standards, which are often subject to inspection upon import.
