The unique value proposition of Hand Fans lies in their blend of functionality and aesthetics, offering cooling relief and serving as an accessory or decorative item. HS Code Classification & Trade Specifications The complete structure of the HS code for Hand Fans is 4602, where ‘46’ represents the chapter for “Manufactures of Straw, of Esparto or of Other Plaiting Materials; Basketware and Wickerwork”, ‘02’ is the heading for "Basketwork, Wickerwork, and Other Articles Made Directly to Shape from Plaiting Materials or Made Up from Goods of Heading 4601; Articles of Loofah."
